Data Center Solutions Architect Reference Number: CAI-1801

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Responsibilities:

  • Will be the Pre-Sales Data Center Architect for the Infrastructure Solutions Practice.
  • Focus on identifying opportunities within the Data Center environment
  • Build and foster relationships with partners and customers and lead pre-sales initiatives for the practice.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by supporting Vertical Sales Engineers, Account Managers and Marketing initiatives.
  • Pursue and participate in teaming opportunities in both public and private sectors.
  • Work with our sales teams to raise awareness of practice strategy and offerings to drive revenues.
  • Works collaboratively with sales and engineers to provide our customers with 100% success and be a true advisor.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years technical experience with Server, Storage, Virtualization and Cloud Technologies and Tools
  • 1+ years acting as a consultant for clients, advising on technical solutions and participating in pre-sales and solution development
  • Experience with VMware solutions (Design, migration and implementation)
  • Experience with Server solutions (UCS, HP, Dell EMC)
  • Experience with Storage solutions (Dell EMC, Pure)
  • Experience in architecture leadership that brings together and integrates solutions across multiple vendors
  • Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure VS Private cloud architecture designs
  • Backup architecture and management (Dell EMC Data Protection, Veaam, Rubrik)

Network Engineer Reference Number: CAI-1802

Location: Egypt

Responsibilities:

  • Implements network security, including configuring firewalls, managing host security, backup and disaster recovery planning, and adding and deleting users.
  • Approves network firewall rules. Maintains confidentiality with regard to information being processed, stored or accessed through university network resources.
  • Implements Network Engineer-Architect’s designs, and builds the enterprise’s computing networks including data centers, wide area networks (WANS), and local area networks (LANs).
  • Makes recommendations on changes in hardware and network configuration to improve delivery and availability of service. Troubleshoots potential network architecture/design problems before they occur and communicates solutions.
  • Creates and maintains existing documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, and processes.
  • Recommends, maintains, and implements policies and procedures for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery. Documents work completed within tracking system. Creates project implementation documentation for moderate to complex projects.
  • Installs, monitors, maintains, supports and optimizes moderately complex network hardware, such as wired, wireless or other network equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in networking concepts OSI, TCP/IP, Routing and Switching, Juniper Networks and Cisco Networks.
  • Experience working in higher education. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Working knowledge and experience in local and wide area networking, communications, and related hardware and software.
  • Working knowledge of wired and wireless networks, connections, wiring and cabling standards, and network management tools and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.

Business Development Manager Reference Number: CAI-1803

Location: United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

  • Build our partner-based customer acquisition engine.
  • Develop deep and broad relationships with executives at partner organisations to stimulate activity and uncover new opportunities.
  • Identify new sales and marketing opportunities, defining a business cases to justify investment where required.
  • Lead contractual negotiations with new counter-parties and onboard them as partners.
  • Ensure the accurate forecasting of all sales opportunities within CRM.
  • Ensure the sales process is followed and completed from end-to-end within policy guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • The candidate will have a senior level sales background within IT and specifically in the area of Analytics / Big Data. A preference will be provided to candidates with a proven track record in with IOT, Hadoop or Data Virtualization.
  • Experience within entrepreneurial focused businesses.
  • Proven performance against target.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies and competitors.
  • Proven commercial awareness and strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
